  • From your dashboard you can click on the manage business profile settings link as indicated on the screen shot below to setup your business profile settings once off.

  • The business details section on the business profile settings page you will need to provide the following information: Your freelance name, business or company name.
  • Add a logo with a maximum width of 320 pixels and a maximum height of 180 pixels.
  • Business registration or practice number
  • Optional field to add a qualification or certification

  • Contact details section you will need to add a website address, primary business email address, contact numbers and additional email address that you would like to send a quote of invoices to like your accountant or admin clerk.
  • Business address section you will add physical and postal addresses.

  • The tax and currency section you will need to add your tax registration number if you have this field is optional.
  • Tax type VAT or GST and tax percentage.
  • Select the currency and currency symbol that your business trades in.

  • Billing section there is an option to display stock codes within your quote or invoice this is default to not show so you will need to enable this if you would like this feature.
  • Select a date format you would like to show through out your billing options.
  • Invoice Prefex is what you would like shown before a number value, example would be INV-1234
  • Quote and Invoice terms and conditions sections example in screen shot below.
  • Starting index number for quotes and invoices, example if you want to start with a higher number as you have been invoicing for awhile already.
  • Business banking details which will show up at the bottom of an invoice and quote.
  • Email text section is how you want to structure the email message that is sent to the client with the quote, invoice or statement attached to the email.

  • The last item to complete on the business profile settings page is to choose one of two layout options.
  • Once you have completed all sections on the business profile settings page you can save the information by clicking on the update button.
