  • From the Dashboard you will click on the Client tab to either add a new client or manage clients as indicated on the screen shot below.

  • When you client on the manage clients link in the dashboard you will land on the client management page where you will see a client list of all the clients you have added to the EasiBill system.
  • To add a new client you can click on the Add Client button as indicated on the screen shot below.
  • The three icons located on the right of all the client listing allow you to do the following from right to left: Edit the client listing, generate a statment for the client and archive the client listing if you dont do business with the client anymore.

  • When you add a client you will need to provide the following details in the main details section business name and contact details.
  • Provide physical and postal details of clients business address details.
  • In the notes section you can provide an additional title and description that will be presented each time a quote or invoice is generated for that particular client. Example would be medical aid details of your client if you were a medical practitioner.
  • Save on completion of the client form.
