  • From the dashboard you will have three options to choose from under the inventory (Stock / Services) tab.
  • Click on the manage inventory categories link.

  • There will already be some predefined categories for you. Feel free to add some of your own categories to the list.
  • Once you are happy with your selection you can press the save button.

  • To add an inventory item like stock items or a service you can click on the Add Item button as indicated on the screen shot below.
  • The two icons located on the right of all the inventory item listings allow you to do the following from right to left: Edit the inventory item and archive the inventory item if you dont need the item anymore.

  • You can select which Category your Stock Item or Service falls under.
  • You can create specific codes for your inventory items.
  • Provide necessary details of the stock item or service and add a cost and retail price to the item.
  • Unit type is optional and dont forget to save the form.
