  • If you would like to upgrade your membership from the free Start-Up Package to a higher membership package option you can follow the following process.
  • Make sure you have logged in to your Start-Up account click on the Upgrade link that is visible on the top menu bar on the left as indicated in the screen shot below.
  • Select one of the four package options by clicking on one of the green BUY/UPGRADE buttons.

  • When you click on one of the green BUY/UPGRADE buttons you will be taken to a shopping cart page where it will show you the package option and cost you selected.
  • If you found one of our EasiBill Coupons on the internet you can add it to the Enter Coupon Code field. Click the PayPal button to proceed to the payment page.

  •  When you click the PayPal button a processing redirect screen will appear for a few seconds and then you will land on the page below. This is the PayPal payment page that will handle the payment transaction.
  • If you have a PayPal account you will need to sign to process the payment or you will need to register for a PayPal account.

  • Once you have made the payment from the PayPal page you will be redirected back an EasiBill order confirmation page which will show you an order transactional ID.
  • You will also receive a confirmation email with your order confirmation details.
  • If you have any questions about your order, please open a support ticket from your client area and quote your order transactional ID.
